5.2 Pharma Brand Partners
Clinexa shares aggregate, de-identified reporting with its pharma brand Partners (for example, total number of appointment requests and booking confirmations associated with a campaign). Clinexa does not share individually identifiable patient information with Partners without your explicit consent.
5.3 Service Providers
Clinexa works with third-party service providers to operate the Service, including technology infrastructure, communications, and analytics providers. These providers access your information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are contractually required to protect it.
5.4 Legal Requirements
